Help with Messenger Connection

I really dont know how to fix this, if you guys could help me would be great.
I get this Error: 80072745. I searched for it on google and msn.com, but couldn’t find a solution for my problem. I recently installed my windows, so i wanted for it to be speedy So i did what this page has: http://www.overclockersclub.com/guides/windows_xp_services/2.htm
I changed the system services, just for the system to be faster, and it worked, so i was like yey! the problem is that i didn’t to a Full back-up, although i exported the list of my system services… So i was trying to fix up the msn live messenger, but i couldnt. I changed the system services that were disabled back to automatic and started them (the ones that seemed to be somewhat linked to MSN such as Network/Connection/etc)
But i couldnt make msn connect.
I thought, maybe its the firewall, i disabled it, and still doesnt work. Holy !%/”! Finally, i went deeper and checked the firewall current network connection and here it is:
