Help with installing theme on ipod 4g

Downloaded a theme from this link

I have already downloaded the theme from the link but I have no idea how to install it on my iphone, ANY HELP?

Do you have Winterboard installed on iPod Touch? If not go in Cydia, download and install
http://cydia.saurik.com/package/winterboard
http://www.saurik.com/id/9
Then SSH into iPod Touch using iFunBox (for example) and copy whole folder into Winterboard folder /private/var/stash/Themes and it will be in your iPod Touch!
