Installing JOOMLA Theme

I installed a joomla theme (YOO Theme) & I get this error :
config    Element not defined for type = config
Please advice what I can do …???

the theme is : yoo_cloud_j15
Earlier when I installed, it also gave me a params.ini un-writable error which I resolved but its now showing me – config Element not defined for type = config
There are NO settings available for theme.
