help needed remove watermark/logo from video files
January 27th, 2020
i have recorded a movie from my tv from a movie channel and it has a white logo/watermark at the top of the movie so how can i remove this watermark/logo from this video file what is the best software to use for this
The reconstruction processes is not exactly a science…
Basically you work in a per basis way and there are various techniques that you manually use when the situation requires.
As far as I know there is no standalone software to do this. If it can be cropped, it would be your best shot. You can crop it also with free softwares.
If it’s always in the top corner, you can use an avisynth script to find it and kill it.
I also think there are a few VDF filters than can isolate a given area and pste in surrounding image data.
the logo/watermark it is at the top corner of the movie and it is in white letters so it should be easy to remove because it is in white letters and not in colour letters that are harder to remove from a video file
how do i use avisynth script with this movie will it remove the logo /watermark from the video file
and what do you mean by VDF filters than can isolate a given area and pste in surrounding image data
Maybe you can try to cover the watermark with another image or blurred it maybe. Another way is to cut the video. Totally removing the watermark from the original video is a complicated method if you will ask me.
Did those links I Pm’d you help at all?
