clone stamp tool. Take every bit of time you got and adjust the brushes and softness till you get it perfect. Some watermarks are easy to cover up and others aren’t (I’ve spent 10mins on some and 4 hours on others). I have no knowledge of the above posters links so…give it a shot and see which works best.

I’ve done 6 or 8 over the years and it’s always a diff procedure
I use “replace color”, layers, sharpen, levels, clone tool & “hue/saturation” in the order dictated by the needed “fix”
and maybe others I don’t rite now remember
I’ve used black & white layers to hilite the watermark
then selecting the color range and switch to the color layer and run replace color
I’ve used levels to blend/brighten colors for better selecting
same with sharpen, better edges to select
then after selecting in a manipulated layer switch back to the working layer
work in zoom, easier to see the diffs in colors
and save save save save save lots of copies to go back to
if you’ve got all nite you better get started so it dun’t run into 2morrow nite !

its a pain in the butt to do most the time and it requires some time i would suggest getting a clean version of the image if u can
Answer #7
a lot of it depends on the image. like what is going, if there are lots of patterns or repeated images (trees, grass, or colors) where the watermark is then definitely use the clone or healing brush in photoshop and it’ll be easy. Otherwise do small sections at a time and lots of little tweaks and adjustments.
You should give an example of the image if you can, it will help others advise you on what to use and do

It’s a professional photo of me. I tried using the clone stamp…being my first time using photoshop this is really hard o_0
Answer #9
You could maybe try the following which is a Photoshop plugin. But for watermarks I don’t know how well it will do.

You may as well get the latest Photoshop as there doesn’t seem much point getting an old product.
