Help! How to upload coming soon page?

Can anyone help me? I would to know how to upload coming soon page (is it same like a website)?

yes just make the page and upload it changing the name to index.html .php etc and change your original index page to index2.html , thats what id do to make it simple. otherwise upload it and name it what ever you like then go into your control panel and set your root address to direct to the coming soon page
