[Help] Gamez download

Hello all,
I have just downloaded the new NHL 09 from the Gamez section in this forum. What i need to know is what must I do when ive downloaded it? it has loads of different files im just clueless on what I need to do in order to install and play the game.

it says rld-nhl9.rar extract that one with winrar

Ok thanks alot it worked.
This game don’t work tho i dont see the menu screen, only quit and what music is on lol

can you list your specs? If it isnt high enough then, the menu wont open
