Help Choosing a New Laptop

I want to upgrade my old laptop Dell XPS 1330, but I think it’s time for an upgrade, the options I saw was the “Dell XPS 14z” or a “Dell XPS 15z” (older model).
What I want for my new laptop is nust be light and easy for my work,
need to edit photos sometimes outside my office.
Screen is one of the important parts: a screen size 13.3 or 14 will be
fine 15 is also fine no problem but I want bright, crispy quality.
From some reviews I saw Dell 15z have better screen quality than the Dell 14z and 14z is the newer model .
I want at least for the new laptop this:
– CPU Icore7 2.6 or 2.8 Ghz
– RAM 8GB at least
– HD SSD 250GB
– 1GB or 512 for video card
– HDMI Output
– USB 2.0 and maybe one USB 3.0
– Webcam
I want to know what other options I have, what I love about Dell is
their support I love it.

Here in uk I can pick a brand new laptop from shops between £300-£500
Am sure u can pik up laptop wit those specs for a low price
