HELP! Accidently formatted hard drive!

on my laptop i tried to format a hdd using a caddy but accidenly clikedon my own hdd so its gne. is ther any way i can completly restore the whole hard drive, with the os installed on it, so every single file and folder by using a bootable cd, usb, floppy?
wat prog can i use?

try to use “File Scavenger” it can restore files from formatted/ corrupted harddrives
but i don’t think it’s bootable (maybe you could try to put the harddrive

thanx but i need somthin bootable bcuz i cant boot up my laptop i am writing this frm my desktop comp
