Graphic and sound problem

I had vista on my acer aspire t690.
Then I put xp on, and ended p giving my self tons of trouble.
So I put vista back on but now the Graphics rating is 1 and before I ever did anything to the computer it was 3.
What’s going on.
Also I can’t hear any sound.
I’ve installed drivers but still I can’t hear.

Make suer that you installed the right drivers. Try this driver for your sound:
ftp://ftp.work.acer-euro.com/desktop/aspire_t680/vista/Drivers/Realtek AC97 Driver 5.10.00.5930.zip
Try the correct GPU driver for your graphics. Good luck mate ^_^

in control panel go to sounds and audio devices. make sure all the sliders are on max
