Gothic – Arcania

I’ve got problem with the new Gothic. I’ve downloaded my copy from here http://www.google.com?t=7051294, everything works (installation), then I start my game and after the main INTRO I apper next to the throne and all textures seems to be disappeared and nowhere. I can walk, but there are no walls etc. Anyone recognize this and know how to solve this problem? Thanks
