Gothic 4 Quest Problem

But there is a problem, Winstan is not there where he suppose to be… I watched walkthroughs from youtube, located his place, but in my game there is no winstan Anyone noticed this?
possibly a bad crack and or bad repack…honestly dont know but ive downloaded games that had glitches etc…

Now its getting really strange, I have 2 quest completed but I cannot find people in the game, they are all gone. Alchemist is not in his room, Winstan is not in his corner…
