Google Play store (proxy) – check out devices

I’m trying to get on the Google Play store devices and the page shows ‘sorry the devices are not yet available in your country’. I’m pretty sure they are available throughout europe such as France.
So what’s the best way to check out the devices on Google Play by using another country Play’s page? Can anyone help me out by using a proxy site or some tricks?
I tried google to find some tricks but haven’t found anything usefull… This one shows bugs:

I can’t switch between 16 and 32…
the best way is to use a free VPN like shellfire VPN. You also need to create a new google account and set the country to one where the nexus 5 is available, like germany. If you don’t and use another country where it’s not available or use you’re own account. The play store will know and abort the order. Then you need to setup a mail forwarding address and have the item shipped there, don’t and it will be aborted too. Then have that service forward ur order back to you
