Get Around Ventrilo Bans?

Hi,
I got banned from a ventrilo server and I want to be able to get back in.
Is there some way I can change my IP for ventrilo or some other way I can get around the ban?

Wait until it gets lifted, or restart your router/modem.
If you get a static IP from your ISP you can’t.
If you get a dynamic IP (changing one) you just need to restart the source of your connection.

I have a static IP, and I don’t think the ban will be lifted for a while.

Nope.
The second best thing would be to buy a VPS and use it to connect.
However, if you tell me the ventrilo server, I will ask if you can be unbanned.

It’s easy to get around bans…..
Socks 5 proxy + Sockscap
Google for a list of socks 5 free proxies (it’s better to buy one) in a location near you, and add that IP/port into sockscap and then launch ventrilo through sockscap. I used to do it all the time.
