Fileupload via iphone, ipad or ipod touch

Ok here is a question.
I have a website with a registration form.
The reg form has a file upload field where a user can upload a pic.
Now when i use iphone, ipad or ipod touch safari browser I can’t use this function as apple has disabled it.
I know only way to do this by developing an app. Which is expensive.
is there any other way around to this ? I know this is something impossible but i believe in words “There is no such thing as IMPOSSIBLE” There must be a way.

I think there is an tweak on Cydia called Safari Upload Enabler. Try that though not really sure thats what its called

Thanks mate. But most of my target users have non jailbroken phones
