FileServe max. download speed

Hi all,
I’m planning to purchase a FileServe premium account. I would like to know what the maximum download speed I can get is. I have a 24mbps connection; will I be able to get 3Mb/s all the time?

I’m not sure I think maybe the people located close to the server will have an advantage in terms of allocation. Anyway, I’m gonna take a 30day trial and see how the speeds are.
