Cannot download with FileServe Premium

Guys, I can’t seem to download with my FileServe premium account since yesterday (Friday). I bought it 4-5 days ago and it worked perfectly fine for the first 2-3 days. Now when I want to start a dload either through Chrome or Firefox, nothing will happen and the download will time out. Thw download won’t even start AT ALL.
Anyone having the same problem? Can somebody advise me what to do? Thanks.

Always use a download manger to download ur files
use jdownloader

1: Download then Install jdownloader and then open it. It will ask update. U update it� 2: Settings> Plugins and add ons> Host> Premium> Add account> Then u add ur accounts and press ok� 3: Copy the links in jdownloader. Give a few secs for jdownloader to check the links. then click “Continue with all”. Thats it done and u let it download

You should use a Download Manager rather than using Firefox or chrome to download I suggest IDM, Make sure you enter your login details Refer this http://www.google.com?t=5284173&highlight=
