FAR CRY2 error, please help

When I run the editor I get error:
“Far Cry 2 Map Editor has encountered a problem and needs to close.
We are sorry for the inconvenience.”
And it happens even with the Benchmark Tool.
What is the problem?

I installed the game correctly and wondering why even the Benchmark Tool doesn’t open.

remove the game reinstall
then defrag and after defrag run it again
the map editor works fine here

The benchmark tool will not work until Release date, or a crack. However, the map editor should work fine.

yeah lol defrag? i dont know about that. Usually windows errors like that one point to some driver problems. Update/get a stable driver for your graphics. That might do it. Or maybe u already did that xD

If you defrag your disks, it will run smoother and it prevent soms crashes

why me having the original copy being asked to input the original disc?????i cant plat the game i payes for…..grrrrrrr then it’s piracy they say…i am glad i have downloaded thousands of games….but this one i wanted it original for online….but!!!!! please help

Download the Razor1911 crack..Copy the cracked exe to the bin folder…
You still can play online as long as you have a legit key…
