DVD works fine on computer but not in DVD player?
February 4th, 2020
Can someone explain to me why my burnt DVDs play fine on my computer, but play like shite when I play it on my dvd player? It’s delayed a bit and the sound keeps cutting out. I re-downloaded the newest winavi converter w/ all serials and also redownloaded the newest nero vision for burning.
This isn’t a codec issue is it? My brother said his dvd player was refurnished in the past, so that could be the problem…however, dvds I’ve burnt just 3 weeks ago seem to work fine still. It could even be the actual blank discs I’m using, but I picked up new ones and still the same problem. I did however buy them from the same place and nt exactly sure if I went with the same brand. And again, I can pop the burnt dvd in my computer and everything works perfect.
Thanks in advance to all who take the time to drop me a line. Cheers!
Burn in lowest speed please ?
^thanks for your reply. I tried burning at the lowest speed but same result. wtf! urrrggg. movies I burnt two weeks ago play fine on my dvd player…but everything burnt within the past few days don’t work.
could it be the actual discs are defective? or a codec problem? they work fine when re-inserted back into my laptop. so strange
Use convertxtodvd
Could be numerous problems, I’m not that experienced in dvd burning.
But some dvd players can’t read burned disks.
You also have + and – dvd’s some can only read – dvd’s and some only +.
So I’d say try another set of DVD’s
