Dual-Monitor Wallpaper Help

I have a Dual-Screen Wallpaper I want to use
But whenever I use windows 7 to set my desktop background to the picture.
Both monitors have the same picture, rather than it being extended throughout the both Monitors.
Information:
OS: Windows 7
Monitors: LG W2361V on the Right and Samsung 225BW on the Left.
Video Card: NVIDIA GTS 250 both Monitors attached through DVI.
Things I have tried:
Changing the Multiple Displays to Extend These Displays, and tried every other option in the drop-down-menu.
Changing the Picture position to Fill and all the other options in the menu.
If you guys need any more information let me know.
