Dual Audio Problem

How to convert dual audio files …?
I try many converter but when that make a mp4 or 3gp file after convert not playing the audio…
help me for this

Have you tried the free program Audacity? and their free mp3 codec?

Dear I have some anime movies in dual audio so when I convert for my mobile etc into MP4 format with the help of converter and found no audio in the clip … I just wanna convert the clip in a Hindi language not in English But the file have dual audio system. Hope you understand sorry for my bad English.
what about “Audacity” and “mp3 codec” ?

Extract the video stream and both audio stream with:
http://www.videohelp.com/tools/MKVExtractGUI
then mux the video and the audio track you want with:
http://www.videohelp.com/tools/MKVtoolnix
then convert normally

There is a error in “MKVextractGUI”
In First Step.
(Extract the video stream and both audio stream)
error shows:
error creating chlig process.
Creat ChildProcess (Exename , CommandLine)
What can I do now ?

use avidemux and select primary audio as ‘hindi’
