Driver For DVD-RW Writer Broken?
January 23rd, 2020
This Is The Model, At Least I Think It Is:
HL-DT-ST DVD-RW GSA-H60L SCSI CdRom Device
This Is What It Says When I Go To The Device Manager:
Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)
Click 'Check for solutions' to send data about this device to Microsoft and to see if there is a solution available.

So, Any Idea’s On How I Can Fix This?
It might need an SCSI controller ……… have a look in Device Manager and see if one is installed.
You could right-click on the device in device manager, then uninstall it. Reboot your computer to see if it is detected.
CHeck this thread. Its most likely the solution to your problem: http://www.google.com?t=750100&highlight=
