Does kaspersky av the best?

There is no such thing as “the best” AV. You just have to choose between some of the top AV products offered which, imo are:
BitDefender
Kaspersky
ESET
Avira
Norton
F-Secure
I wouldn’t worry bout using any others at this point in time. Choose any of the ones above and you are sure to have good protection. Combine them with a good firewall and Malwarebytes and you shouldn’t run into problems with malware infecting your PC.

Guessing you are using kaspersky with windows. Can’t tell you its the best, those are both MS product so they should work perfectly.

Dont use Norton, believe me! I used to sell it and got nothing but complaints (slows down computer badly was the main one).. its just good marketing.
Personally I use Kaspersky on Windows 7 64bit and have no trouble, that’s only me though. On the other hand, Judging by the other comments made by these fine people we all seem to be saying +1 to Kaspersky

I use ESET, I really don’t get virus on my PC anyway. you should just be aware on where you browse or what you download
