Does anyone use SoftEther VPN Client Manager?

I was wonder if anyone here use SoftEther VPN Client Manager? I use it at friend home once, on his computer, but he is now move to different city, and I have no contact with him currently. I download the Client Manager, but I do not have a list of servers to connect. When in his home, I saw hundred of choices, servers in Japan, Korea, Europe, and other countrys. But I cannot find how to see those servers in my client manager.
Is someone able to walk me through way to get that list?

to be honest i haven’t herd of SoftEther VPN Client Manager if its the vpn ( virtual privet network ) then would recommend using something like teamviewer, teamviewer has a built in vpn for file trance fure and if needed you can remotely connect to the desired pc as long as you got teamviewer installed on the other pc hope this helps

I am looking to use SoftEther VPN to connect to publicly access VPN servers, to browse privately.
