Difference between RAM-memories
February 9th, 2020
Could anyone with a kind soul just tell me what the exact difference is between these two RAM-sticks?

Thank you so much in advance!
I presume that you have checked the compatibility of both sticks, the difference between them is that the first link has slightly tighter timings (CL5) and appears to incorporate a heatsink, in real time you would probably see no difference between the 2 sticks and you would only notice a difference with benchmark figures (however being DDR2 it is unlikely that you would be trying to benchmark anyway).
The first also has a lifetime warranty as opposed to the limited lifetime warranty(10years) on the second, but are you really going to stick with DDR2 for another 10 years anyway?
Thank you so much for your response mate – much appreciated!!
