Well if your not the System administrator in a network of PCs then the Admin CAN do what he/she wants to your computer, even view what you are viewing.
even if you do find it, i dont think you can remove it. If you somehow mess with it, it could get you into trouble. Its not worth it imo. Just do your job and keep the boss/manager happy
