Content program for webpages

Im in the middle of making a website but i have issue’s in making workable content in a page i.e news and tbh want to take the easy way as i have’nt got loads of time to complete this.
Ive seen this software http://cutephp.com and it works ok but its a paid software.I was wandering if anyone knows of another software that wil allow you to put a content into a page, so you can just log in and change the news instead of doing it all by ftp or other method.
I hope you understand what i mean and can help.

just log in to your cpanel go to file manager there should be html editor there or i suggest that if don’t want to use ftp or the cpanel then i would use joomla php script

or make your own script that will allow you to do so hope this help a bit
