connecting to a proxy server

Hello there. Here’s basically what I’m trying to do, I need to bridge the connection from my laptop to my xbox and connect to a proxy server so that I can download that damn map pack for call of duty: waw. I know how to bridge the connection but how do I connect to a proxy server?

You would need your PC’s internet to be directly linked to a proxy, why do you need to go through a proxy? If your Xbox is banned that is xbox ban not IP, nothing it can do.

my xbox isnt banned, it just wont let me download NTSC content, while the actual content is region free, and my IP isn’t a US one.
how do you directly link your laptop to a proxy server?
