Changing my ip

I need to change my IP Address. I don’t mean on the internet like using hide ip platinum. I need to change my ip on my router. I used to be able to just unplug my router and my ip would change but now it won’t work. I have a Westell router btw. If anoyone has a way to change your ip then please help me out.

If you have a static IP then you need to contact your ISP and request to have a dynamic IP. That way when you connect to the internet your router will acquire a new IP every time. If you have a dynamic IP then just reset your connection through the router and that should be enough to get you a new IP. Good luck mate ^_^

Can i just manually get a dynamic ip or do i have to call? And, if i have to call will they automatically do it for me?

You have to call the ISP mate
