Cant Rename Folders anyone help?

hi there i have windows vista home basic.
i recently went away come home then i couldnt rename any of my folders????
says the file or folder does not exist but it does???
ive tried right clicking then renaming doesnt work…
searched google downloaded the key thing doesnt work..
any ideas?

Maybe give this file a try worked for me….
