Cant download

hi can anyone help me i was with filesever for the last year and it was great i was downloading movies as i wished till about 2 months ago and i couldnt download any more so i got a rapidshare account and its the same thing cant download. it would be great if anyone could let me know how to fix this problem and thanks for your help.

As this is not a forum related bug, I moved it to helpdesk.
Now what exactly do you mean when you say that you can’t download? The download doesn’t start? You can’t reach the site?

If your saying you brought a rapidshare account and cannot download files you found links for, you should contact rapidshare.
Are you sure the links are still live your trying to download?

Login with ur rapidshare account and open rs links that u find from apps,games,movies etc U get direct download because u’ve premium account. What problem do u face with this.
