Can you use a Flash Drive as a XBox360 Storage device?

Like can i plug in my 4gb Memory Stick and copy saved games to it Or even use it as a Save device?
I know i cant just DO this, but id there a hack or certain files to mess about with to do so?
I have Googled this and all i can find is threads from sites in 2005-2007?
So is this possible?

You can’t do it. It will detect your flash drive then load it looking for pictures, music, video. I know you can copy some saved games with the memory card unit or by swapping hard drives, but some games don’t allow it. What are you trying to do with it anyway?
