Can you play games on an iMac

Can I play new games like far cry 2 and such on it?
Or just how can I find games for this?

If the game supports the operating system and your hardware makes it past the minimum requirements, then you’ll be able to do it. Keep in mind that Mac computers come with bad graphics cards most of the time; the graphics card is the most important component when it comes doing to gaming.

Hey regarding playing games I just got a new imac and installed windows XP, my graf card is a ATI 2600xtpro and i have installed farcry2 its just unbeliveable how clear the game details are just awsome. Also i have burnout paradise also great. Just play what u want and if some games run slow just tamper with the resolution settings and should be fine.
