You can play:

• GTA: San Andreas
• Need for Speed: Most Wanted
• GTA IV
• Assassin’s Creed
• Assassin’s Creed II
• Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood
• Call of Duty: Modern Warfare
• Call of Duty: World at War
• Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2

I’m unsure about some other games, like AC Revelations, but the list above should work fine on your computer. Although, some of the games in the list require you to lower the Video specifications in-game.

In my openion, you can play most of the games released till 2009 at LowEnd video settings as well as resolution.
