How to play hacked games on PSP

Hi everyone, i was wondering:
How can i play PSP games i’ve downloaded from on my PSP?
Do you need to hack the PSP or do i need to get a PSP GO or anything? If yes, where can i find the firmware, or a good tutorial on how to install the firmware.
Is it possible to reset to the default firmware somehow if anything goes wrong? Thanks a lot!

maybe its possible first of all what kind of psp do you have a phat (1000) or a slim and light (2000 or 3000)
and the second what original sony firmware do you have if you answer those many people can help you or than i can help you:)

well, you most likely need pandora battery and sony memory stick , I bought them online. In case you have psp phat or psp 2000 you definetly need pandora battery, then using win xp I formated memory 2 gb memory stick copied files into it and this way I created so call magic memory stick. Then you only change regular psp`s battery for pandora battery and you start installation of cfw. Once custom firmware cfw is installed you need to copy programme Dev Hook on your memory stick-this software anable you to load game from memory card without using umd. When you have installed cfw on our psp you can also run emulators or home brew applications. The software for magic memory stick with instructions is here http://~ Dead file host ~/files/330453307/MagicMemoryStick.rar.html , just make sure you follow instrucions step by step do not skin anything otherwise you might brick your psp. By the way you also can create pandora baterry from regular sony psp batettery by opening it and cutting one leg on circuit R 707, but this way battery will become pandora battery forever.Also there is a software for creating pandora battery if you have psp with already running cfw.By the way you can also play iso of psone games if you have cfw on you psp. Also very usefull software to create iso`s is called popstationGUI-this remake psone iso game into psp iso.Then as you maybe already noticed psp isos files are called .cso and it is basically compressed iso file into smaller size so you can save more space on you memory stick. To create cso you can use und gen software.And I almost forgot, if you have psp 3000 you dont need pandora battery, you only need programme called chickHEN and this will install cfw to your psp.
