Can not open my downloaded rar files

Winrar will not let me ope my downloaded rar wii games allways gives error,
can anyone help as i have wastd loads of downloades on rapidshare.

Do you have all the parts?
Is a password required?

First update to the latest version of winrar (3.80, check the apps sectiop, there’s plenty), then retry.
It if still doesn’t work:
– Check that you have all the parts.
– That they’re all named the same way (part01, part02), sometimes one is named part5 instead of part05.
– And that they’re all the same size but the latest one, which is often smaller.
If you have met all the previous requirements, then one of the file is corrupted, you should see a specific CRC32/Checksum error on the faulty file, nothing to do but redownload it.

When i extract rar files to final rar which contains iso winrar will not let me open it, it allways says error file corrupted or wrong file, this have happoned on several pal wii downloads and i am wasting my download share from rapidshare. Thanks

you shouldn’t open an iso with Winrar.
Even if they have the same icon as a regular archive, iso files are known to not be opened the right way with Winrar, just open them with any iso/dvd editor or burner: imgburn, nero, poweriso…
