Can I use a calling card with Virgin SmartCall app?

As the title says…can I use a calling card to call abroad using the Virgin Media’s SmartCall app?
I’ve heard that if I try to use a calling card normally (without the VM app) on my iPhone, it could take my credits.

The reason why i want to call this way is because the reception of my home phones are absolutely terrible.

LOL, i cant be arsed calling them, plus they bloody charge to call their customer service :/

150 virgin customer service is free

150 virgin customer service is free
You can still call free if not with virgin, same with any company.

They definitely charge…it itsn’t an 0800 number.
Looks like i’ll have to ring em :/
