can anyone recommend a good downloader?

my rapidshare downloader from rapidshare is quirky and stops working occasionally. Can anyone recommend a better one?

i use Orbit with FlashGot. i’ve never had a problem with it. it’s quick, it works as expected, and it’s not a resource hog. oh, and it’s free too

how about the FDM(free downloadmanager.org) . i think its the finnest…not system resource hungry…light and tell u wether this link is passed or doubted by the fdm community

IDM best, Flashget – best freeware. jdonwloader – freeware and good, USDownloader – better and freeware.

i like IDM, but change the settings otherwise it can get a bit annoying with auto downloading and the like, otherwise very good.

im a bit of a loner but i like orbit, dont no bout the others but i got mine running rapidshare with batch downloading and the speed is better than if i had a cord hoocked up, i use wireless
