Can anybody here understand GERMAN ?

For my german class I’ve gotta shortly summarize the following vid:

But the thing is, no matter how often I listen to it, I can’t figure out what the hell he’s saying, reading is easy but listening is tough.
So if someone here is german or can understand it, please help me out here.

Of course I can understand some of it, but its going too fast…
I understand German completely, so I’ll take the link tomorrow and translate as much as I can. I don’t know how much that will be because the sound is too rubbish.
