Camtasia help

I’m trying to import a video. but when i press import and go to the location where video is, then it doesn’t appear there…

That is becouse the file format is not supported. However you can also (in the import window) select view: All files and try to import it anyway. this option is an dropdown bellow the box where usualy we type the name of the file.
