In Camtasia 7 what does “Record System Audio” do

Alrite i jus got this lovely software. awsome software btw. Lovin it
Plz dont laugh what i ask. can any1 tell me what “Record System Audio” does in Camtasia 7

Camtasia Studio may be able to detect and record your system audio (the sound that comes out of your speakers).
That is what Record System Audio does.

Also, specifically, it records system sounds, like clicks for mouse buttons, and open/close window sounds if you have them, etc.
