Buying iOS App

Hi,
I live in India and I don’t have a credit card. I do have a debit card. My question is, how do I buy apps from the iTunes store? On one hand I have a jailbroke iTouch 2G and I primarily use DocsToGo premium cracked app to edit my docs in dropbox. But I’m planning to buy an iPad2 and this DocsToGo people deserve my 17 bucks for the great app they have written. How do I buy?

Is there no other way? Citibank actually rejected (!) my request. Maybe I need to wait for couple of months more.

Actually exam, for international transactions you require an International Credit Card.
I think Apple India requires that,
not sure.
Although I Do know, that paypal requires that.
And there is no way to use a debit card for Itunes

I am an Indian and I use it.. I don’t earn so I can’t use credit cards but my debit cards work fine on entropay.. I Have bought from newegg,amazon,app store, android Market using entropay visa card .. They might ask you for documentary proofs though

Same here. Although i’ve never used it, it is my debit card that is linked with itunes
