Buying new cpu or gpu

I get around 200 euros to spend or gpu or cpu. So i don’t know which one is more important for gaming and which one gonna increase my fps to point where new games are playable.
My current pc spec.
Amd a4-3300 (dual core 2.5ghz)
4gb ram
amd radeon hd 6450
So for this money what do you suggest me to get gpu or cpu ?
I am guessing your CPU is the bottleneck in this scenario seeing how old it is; however, you do not want to upgrade that CPU with out upgrading the whole system.

if your board will support Phenom II so I suggest you look for something like X4 965BE. You state a budget but even HD7750 would be massive GPU upgrade.
