where do I start to jailbreak it? it’s running 6.1.3.
6.1.3 is not yet possible. Only up to 6.1.2

^is there a way I can downgrade? is there any benefit for jailbreaking it? I’m just gonna be using XBMC, IRC and internet browsing.
Stock OS is limited and by jailbreaking you can add a lots more stuff to make thing run faster. There are many android benefits that you can have if you jailbreak your OS device.
You cant on a mini wuth 6.1.3 lastest for the mini is the 6.1.2
Since your is new. There is no way to downgrade. Sorry.
