The torrent site blocked or downloading torrents? you can use Tor, to go on torrent sites no problem.

They will probably have the vpn ports blocked aswell, Basically you need the downloads to come through either port 80 or 443 because that’s the only ones you can count on being open. So that means either a SSTP vpn or a torrent-http service.
Of course the network admin will probably spot you if you start chewing up all their bandwidth.

a vpn IP from a different country does the trick normally, if its an issue with your country…works for me with my vpn service anyway… so…
However, why bother with torrents anyway, much cleaner and safer to use the movie/music section here to download and with a vpn service, nobody knows whats going on..
