Blocked XP

Someone i know has his OS blocked by microsoft, he had a fake copy of windows xp and then tried downloading service pack 2 of the microsoft website, then they found out he was using a fake copy and it has a warning [a gold star] in the bottom right saying that microsoft know he has a fake copy.
Is there anyway to get rid of it or anyway to stop them knowing its a fake version.

It’s called Windows Genuine Advantage and it says that his OS is fake, it will block itself soon (or something like that). Here’s a crack to make it go away:

If so then either of the cracks should do just fine. Their both less than 1MB anyway so downloading them both would take a few seconds

Thanks again, not sure what it says because i anit seen his pc yet, but ill put the crack on my external HD and try them on his pc tomorrow.
