Battlefield 3 when I try to load a save

Hi,
I solved my previous problem with the game by updating the drivers.
now I have a new problem…
after playing for a while I exited the game, now when I try to resume the campaign the game freezes and won’t load it..
I tried to start a new campaign reach the first checkpoint and then try to load it and the problem stays the same…
any ideas?
I would like to know aswell where the game saves the “save” file..

No idea why it crashes..Maybe security software in the background..
Save folder: C:\Users\lio\Documents\Battlefield 3\settings
Replace lio with your Windows login name..

I tried to delete the save.. and now even when I try to start a new campagin it freezes..
my security softwares are Microsoft Security Essentials & Malewarebytes Anti-Malware.
any guess?

Try to use different crack. Also advise is “TM” mentioned in the name of installation directory? if yes remove it.
FYI, there are two cracks one is of around 8.6 MB and another crack is of 32.9 MB. check your and advise which one you are using.

I tried to play today and it worked for me.. loaded my save.. played and exited the game
now in the evening I try to play again and the same issue is back
