Battlefield 3 Sound Echo problem

For those asking about echoing sound problems in Battlefield 3. Try the following…
control panel
sound
properties of your def sound card if you have more than one
advanced
change to 44100HZ (in my case…it’s 24bit 44100HZ)
This worked for me.
