Are these two modems compatible with Vista 64bit?

Can anyone please find out and tell me if these two modems are compatible with Windows Vista Home Premium 64bit?

#1 the driver page/manual doesn’t specify support for vista64, but good chances it will.

#2 is compatible since it has 4 LAN(ethernet) jacks & 802.11b/g. no drivers/software needed.
