are there places that produces books?

It is simple: i have a story already written and i want to make a book out of it.
But just one copy (as a gift).
I want it to be just like the real thin, with cover, coloured printing, paper used etc…
I dont think i would be able to make it with my own hands.
Is there any places that do this kind of thing (just one copy)?

I know of small publishers you can get your work print on your own costs, but one single copy? Idk, but your best bet are such publishers. Don’t know where you live, but this is already something to give you an idea…
